IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR YOUR NAILS!

Now that the weather has taken a turn for the worse it is really important to remember to look after your hands and nails and protect them from the freezing temperatures and the temperature changes from cold to warm as you move in and out of doors.

Try your best to moisturise your hands and nails with a quality moisturiser every day as often as possible, remembering to moisturise immediately before bedtime. You can prevent the moisturiser from being rubbed off by wearing special cotton gloves available from me or your local chemist shop. This will definitely help to protect and improve the condition of your nails.
